Thank you for shopping with EverJo Luxe Bags! Every piece is personally sourced and shipped with care to ensure your purchase arrives safely and beautifully packaged.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Each item is inspected, photographed, and packaged securely before shipment. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, including tracking details.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and selected service.

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2–3 business days
  • Free Shipping: On U.S. orders over $150 (after discounts)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on carrier delays beyond our control.

Packaging

Each order is carefully packaged using sustainable materials whenever possible. Luxury items are wrapped in protective tissue and shipped in sturdy boxes or padded mailers to maintain condition and presentation.

Shipping Locations

At this time, EverJo Luxe Bags ships within the United States.

If you are located outside the U.S. and wish to order, please contact us prior to purchase to discuss possible international shipping options.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.

Lost or Delayed Packages

EverJo Luxe Bags is not responsible for packages lost or delayed in transit. If a shipment shows as “delivered” but cannot be located, please contact the carrier directly. We will assist when possible in filing a claim or locating your item.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot reroute packages once shipped. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may incur additional shipping charges.

We believe in extending the life of luxury goods. Whenever possible, we reuse clean packaging materials and choose eco-friendly shipping supplies to reduce waste.
